1. The pictures of the boat did not correspond to the reality. It was a different boat than the one that was shown on the site. Notably the front cabin (that on the picture had an access to the bed by 3 sides) did not have the same lay-out. It was especially disappointing as it was one of the main reasons to chose that boat. 2. The pick-up was set for 17-18h, while in reality the charter company only showed up after 19h00 for the handover of the boat. It meant waiting for more than 2 hours on the quay with all the luggage. 3.The anchor winch was broken at the time of the handover of the boat. Repair could only be done the next day so it obliged us to stay half a day longer in the marina in Trogir. 4. When we could finally sail out on Sunday to a closeby bay, the waterpump broke. It forced us to return to Trogir again for reparation. This meant another day of delay. 5. Moreover, the emergency number provided by the charter company could not be reached on Sunday. Only Monday morning we succeeded in reaching someone to notify the problem. There was also no clear communication by the charter company on when someone would come to fix the pump, so we were condemned to stay put and wait in the Trogir Marina. 6. In the evening (Monday) we had a big thunderstorm in Trogir with heavy rain. The boat leaked everywhere, sleeping cabins and the living area were flooded. We had the same issue again a couple days later during a rain shower in Vis. 7. When at last we were able to sail the boat for the first time, we quickly found out that the port genoa winch was blocking. 8. The dinghy engine functioned for about 4 days (off and on, not always) after which it refused to start. We had to look for a mechanic (loss of another sailing day) who cleaned the carburator at our own expense (time and money lost). 9. On the Friday before the return of the boat, we notified the charter company that we were unable to fill up the fuel tank because of the crowd (we waited and queued for over an hour) and we urged the charter to do the return of the boat in due time on Friday as we had to leave (most of the crew) at 5 am to the airport, while the 2 remaining had to leave by 8h30 at the latest. Nobody showed up on Friday, neither on saturday morning despite multiple calls to the charter company. The office in the marina of Trogir was also closed when the last persons of our group left the boat. 10. On top of this, my parents who were the last persons to leave the boat received a very aggressive and impolite phone call from the charter company, including insults and threats, because we left the boat and did not fill up the fuel tank. I think the above gives a pretty good explanation of the poor rating and a pretty good idea of why we will no longer use the services of neither this charter company nor Boataround. The yacht is ok overall, but looks rather worn out for a three-year-old ship. Some cool features such as the large sunbathing area or bar are spoilt by malfunctions (e.g. tripping hazards, unrepaired or poorly repaired hinges or water pipes, rudder that sits too low and is difficult to steer, water under the engine, defective zips on the sun deck).

One bathroom did not have a tank and at least we should have been informed about that.

Maintenance of the boat could be better.
