Embark on a sailing tour around the Croatian coastline with Boataround

The rules are simple:
- Tag two friends in the comment with whom you’d go on a yacht with
- You and two tagged friends must follow Boataround’s Instagram account.
The competition will last until 19/09/2022 at 15:00 CEST.
What can you win?
The winner will enjoy a 50-foot-long, 5-cabin sailing yacht Beneteau Oceanis 50 - Vittoria for one week from 15/10/2022 to 22/10/2022, provided by Sailing Club Vranjic.
The yacht is docked in Marina Baotic in Croatia. Vittoria can accommodate up to 10 people in 1 single cabin, 4 double cabins and a saloon with 1 extra bed.
The yacht features a rolling mainsail, solar panels, salon GPS plotter, bimini and bow thruster. It also boasts heating, an audio system, outside speakers and inside speakers. The fully-equipped galley includes a freezer, oven, cooker, sink and kitchen utensils.

Announcer and organizer of the competition
The announcer and organizer of the competition's "name" is the company Boataround.com, a.s, Radlinského 47, 811 07 Bratislava, Slovakia, ID number: 450173448, registered in the Commercial Register Bratislava I, department: Ltd., vl. No: 6574/B (hereinafter referred to as "Boataround" and / or "Announcer" and / or "Organizer").
This statute sets out the rules of the competition, the general conditions for participation in the competition, the rights and obligations of its participants, and the rules for determining the winners of the competition. The full competition statute will be available on the boataround.com website (the Announcer's website).
The aim of the competition is to achieve brand awareness and support the sale. The competition takes place on the territory of the Slovak Republic.
Duration of the competition
The date of the competition is set for the period from 09/09/2022 14:30 to 19/09/2022 at 14:00 CEST. The winners will be drawn on 19/09/2022 at 15:00 CEST.
Persons entitled to participate in the competition
Only a person over 18 years of age (hereinafter referred to as the "contestant") who follows the Instagram account of Boataround, likes the "Competition post" and tags 2 other Instagram accounts in the comment under the "Competition post" during the competition period can participate in the competition. All those who meet these conditions will be automatically entered into the draw. 1 winner will be drawn.
Competition rules
Only persons listed in Art. III. of this Statute.
By participating in the competition, the competitor agrees to the processing and publication of his data in accordance with this statute in the event of a prize.
The competition for the winning prize will include any natural person who, at the time of the competition pursuant to Art. II of this statute meets all the conditions for participation in the competition set out in this statute.
Winning the competition
The winner of the competition gets sailboat Beneteau Oceanis 50 - Vittoria for one week from 15/10/2022 to 22/10/2022. The prize for the winner is provided by the organizer of the competition in cooperation with the partner World Yachting Charter. The skipper is not included. Additional costs are listed on the boat product page.
Winnings notification
The name of one winner will be published by the announcer by announcing it under the "Competition post" on the announcer's Instagram account. The winner will also be contacted in writing (direct message), to which the winner is obliged to respond within 48 hours. In the event that the winner does not respond to the prize within 48 hours, the organizer reserves the right to make a new draw in order to transfer the prize to another winner.
The Advertiser ‘shall not reimburse the participants in the Competition for any costs incurred in connection with the prize in the Competition.
Transfer of winnings
The winner is obliged to provide the organizer of the competition with the necessary cooperation in order to hand over his prize. When contacting the winner, the organizer is entitled to request from the winner of the competition consent to the processing of his personal data in the range of name, email, telephone number, and address for publication, as well as handing over and delivery of the prize.
The provision of this information to the winner is voluntary, but failure to provide it will be considered a failure to provide cooperation on the part of the winner, which is necessary to submit the prize. The winner's data will be processed by the organizers for a maximum of 1 year from the date of their provision.
By providing the above data, the winner grants the organizer consent to the processing of this data and consent to the publication of data in the range of name and surname (or Instagram name) in the list of winners published.
Loss of the right to win
If the winner does not meet the conditions set out in this statute, he loses the right to win.
