Senior Account Manager

Tasks for the position are:
- Managing the team and growing the market of Croatia
- Business trips
- Shadowing and training account managers
- Searching for new boat owners and charter companies, contact them via the phone and get them "on board" with Boataround
- Building productive relationships with top partners to ensure that they offer the best availability and pricing conditions
- Supporting Customer Service, assisting in additional tasks and projects when needed
Personality requirements and skills
- Great communications skills
- Skills in managing the team, people - orientation needed
- Fluent English and Croatian language
- Pro-active, sense of responsibility and can work independently
- Ability to convince partners on the phone to implement suggestions
- Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical and an eye for detail
- Business focused
- Positive attitude
