Above all, the shared experience with family and friends was wonderful. We had a fantastic week. Our experience with Istion was also very positive. When the outboard motor started acting up, a technician was sent to us, and the team went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We felt valued as customers and well taken care of.
Everything went well; problems were addressed and resolved quickly. My personal takeaway: The Bali 4.1 is a 2019 model. I've never chartered such an old yacht before. Therefore, my most important takeaway from this week was that in the future I will charter a yacht that is as new as possible, ideally no more than three years old. However, that's just my personal preference.
