The marina is well maintained, and the taxi service and shuttle to and from the airport run smoothly.
The Bali 4.2.4 was in a problematic maintenance condition. The right controller was barely operable, extremely stiff, and was only replaced after massive criticism upon return from Kavas. Docking in the harbor was not without danger! One of the bathroom doors was missing hinges, the lock was broken, and it couldn't be closed. The yacht wasn't handed over until 7:00 p.m., without any prior notice of how long it would take. The promised time was 5:00 p.m. We had to wait until 7:00 p.m., without knowing why or how long it would take. With better information, we could have gone to a restaurant and gone shopping later. So we sat outside for several hours with our purchases. Following a brief briefing, the exterior cleaning was very poor; they only hosed down the deck. No explanation of what had happened and no apology for the inconvenience. And this despite a rental price of around €13,000 for the two weeks! A very inappropriate way of dealing with the customer! The return was very friendly. It was okay, but actually much too late.
