The charter charged me for the tourist tax which was explicitly listed as included and paid on my boarding pass. Charter representative said that they have absolutely nothing to do with Boataround (interesting to say the least)? After showing the contract and receipts of my pmts they dismiss me in the quite offensive way. In the end I paid tourist tax again. The comments made by representatives were quite insulting to me. I would certainly reconsider to ever make reservation again with Boatround and/or charter(s) involved. Moreover, I am inclined to tell my sailor friends about my experience. It is a matter of principle.
Honor the contract whenever possible. My tourist tax, which I paid twice, should be refunded.
