- fast and quick delivery of the boat - communication with the charter company in the event of a problem was immediate - if there was a serious problem, they solved it immediately, however, the entire behavior of the charter company was quite inadequate
- the ship had a double-welded boom, which CRACKED already at 15 knots during a controlled slush! We lost two days of vacation on sails, the charter company said "it could happen at any time" - the only plus is the complete return of the deposit. - the first two days we had problems with the orca rolfok, where the rope broke twice. And we had to go back to the marina. So a total of 4 days minus. - when it broke the second time, the service guy's response via whatsapp was "wtf are you joking?" - the cabin smelled really bad near the toilets, I couldn't find any place where it "leaked" or dripped from the pipes. However, it was essentially uninhabitable.
