The check in was fast. The charter company was responsive.
We had to wait 90 minutes to enter in Marina, because all boats are requested to come back on Friday at 17:00. To wait so long in a boat queue with traffic of big ships was really uncomfortable. The charter company tried to charge damages, which are in reality existing defect of the boat. We lost 2 hours in unpleasant discussions.
