The boat was nice, but lacked sun mattresses, which according to the charter company was nothing they could do anything about. We had rented the boat precisely for the generous sun surfaces with fine sun mattresses. Nor did they offer to settle the matter. Good location on the harbor near the old town.
The head of the charter companies was arrogant and very unpleasant, bordering on threatening Russian. We had been promised check-out at 10.00 by one of the staff but the manager claimed that we were lying and started yelling and threatening us that he would keep the deposit, which we found very unpleasant.
