I would have liked to know in advance that there are no grey water tanks on the boat. The tool kit could be more comprehensive. For example, there was no hammer. Installing the emergency tiller in an emergency would be difficult because the cover isn't easy to open (requiring a screwdriver and hammer or something similar). The emergency tiller itself would get caught on the steering wheels in an emergency because of the incorrect installation angle. Unfortunately, one employee stands out for his unfriendly tone towards customers: He presents himself as a know-it-all when taking over the boat; he criticizes very loudly when docking: "Hey skipper, not good!" Lost the radar reflector, a company spokesman said they would not bill him. Although the place of its installation leaves the best wishes: over the strut of the mast outside the normal access of the team. And if the reflector was dropped by sail, it was not our fault, but probably the last one was badly (not in the right place) fixed.
Photos: one of the photos (probably from Oceanis) is untrue and misleading. There are some small things that there can be no doubt about on the yacht: pockets for winch handles, rubber mats under glasses and plates, trash cans in the bathrooms (there are none!), Salad plates, glasses brought to us by a representative of the charter company at our request . There was no life raft! I haven't seen EPIRB either (maybe I didn't look well). A representative of the charter company when handing over the boat told us: here is a yacht, there is a check list, see what you need. - Where are the anchor winch fuses? - I don't know (thank you, I didn't need it :-)). Chartplotter kept asking something (like a test version), there was no time (read: desire) to understand and correct his mistakes. There is no transmitter for the cockpit. There are no even minimal waste tanks. Canisters for spare fuel and water are empty.
