Communication. It felt as if there were two layers between us and Croatia Yachting. Sometimes mail would not be reacted upon and for us it was unclear if & how things were arranged. Best example is transit (to Marina Kornati and later back) Boataround said it was arranged locally and passed on mail text, while croatia yachting said it wasn’t them who arranged it. In the end I called the london # and the outcome was that the taxicompany called me yesterday, so all’s well. But I would have much preferred more direct contact.
