What NEEDS improvement: Renting a sailboat where the mainsail (main sail) is practically impossible to use because it's incredibly difficult to open (the mainsail furls on the mast) and, even more so, incredibly difficult to close (I don't even think about it if it's needed in bad weather) is a contradiction.
