The staff were all very friendly and helpful the boat performed very well and was a pleasure to sail
The pickup was possibly 3.30pm, then 4pm, then 5pm, then handed the folder even though the boat wasn't finished yet. Then we didn't have time to complete a proper handover report, then it took a long time to get sign off so by the time we were pulling out it was 6.30pm and getting dark. And then our snorkelling gear x 6 were not on board.
