When handing - returning over the boat.: - Screams and shouts from the Harbor Master and Crew, in connection with calls (completely unnecessary) We discovered that they did that with all returning.<br /><br /><strong>Boat drop-off</strong>: When reviewing discovered faults and deficiencies, the technicians checked the very first starboard window on the windscreen in the cabin. We had not mentioned this at all, as at no point during the trip had we noticed anything special about this. Despite that, it was one of the first things that the technicians prioritized. We believe that the harbour master knew this was broken before we picked up the boat. Yiannis claimed a broken Air window in front. We didn´t notice, or as he claimed we had set some barrier to prevent closing of the window, as we never did period... We where charged for a new window delivered from Lagoon. (deducted of security deposit). Wherely bad experience with Mr Yarnis, as we felt our els fine trip, totally destroyed on delivery-day. Will never go back to Mr Yiannis Co. again. I dealt with Yiannis, to send the window to me, as the Glass Co. in my town easily could ´glue´ the hinges back again. then I could send it back. Yiannis agreed to send me the broken piece, but I never received it in Greenland. I remember some 400,- Euro deducted from security deposit. (Yiannis) We donated 6 wine glasses for which they never thanked us. Regards Knud Trolle + Crew.
