The welcome from Matthias, who manages the boat for the charter company. He put us at ease and was very accommodating. The region is incredible, and leaving from Medellin was a great idea. The sails were new. It was our first experience with a Lagoon 45, and it was truly amazing. There were seven of us, with plenty of room for everyone.
The return and welcome from the marina staff was not very friendly. The boat was from 2013 and we knew it couldn't be in good condition, but it was fine for us.

The Yacht was in very good condition for the age and the check-in and check-out was very easy and uncomplicated.
Communication and response time with the charter company during the trip can be improved. Only major issues were fixed by the charter company. VHF antenna was missing and not fixed. When we came on the yacht the first time, during check-in, the yacht was kinda dirty and not really well cleaned. We said that, and the yacht was cleaned again.
