Our skipper, "Stipe" really made the charter experience superior!
Based on past charters with other companies, more basic equipment should be include, at least some 'floaties'. Coffee maker had to be replaced and we needed more than one mixing bowl in the galley. There were ongoing problems with the refrigeration that was not resolved and a couple of other electrical issues with genset and fixtures My guests were disappointed that we booked the for 15 , 16 -30 May but had to be in marina on the 29th and off boat by 9 AM on the 30th. Kinda of minor stuff but could be improved. Thanks.

The prices listed on the boarding pass were not adhered to when we picked up the yacht. Instead of €490, we had to pay €55 more. When we asked why, we were met with a shrug and a "because it is." I didn't receive an invoice either. The marina is generally modern and beautiful, but our boat was covered in seagull dirt. The boat is still quite new, but there's a strong smell of the toilets. Some defects could be rectified if the charter company took a proper look. So... well... we're used to it differently and will not charter through this company again.
