An outstanding skipper, the best we've ever had.
Incorrect information on the Boataround website. Wi-Fi (4 GB) was not available for booking on site. The stated trip duration on the website did not match the information provided on site; the frustration and anxiety immediately before the trip could have been avoided. Thank you to Boataround for covering half of the additional costs. Unfortunately, no one on site was aware that we needed a slipway for our disabled crew member, Sepp Kiebler (despite several emails beforehand). The swim ladder was unusable for him, so we found another solution.
