The type of yacht (very fast) and the sailing environment!
The state of maintance off the yacht. And the service of the company. We didn't get the early check-in at saturday 13:00, but a very late check-in at sunday 10:30. We finaly start sailing at 11:00. The yacht was used the weeks before in a regatta and there was a lot of damage. The company tried that we pay the repair cost of that damage. That's very incorrect behavior.
