My experience with this operator was far from seamless: The booking confirmation stated that the pickup was at Marina Hramina. However, the rental point wasn't there at all. After wandering around for 30 minutes in the scorching sun, I had to call them, only to find out they were actually located at the nearby INA gas station. Providing accurate instructions would have saved a lot of time and frustration. During the boat handover, they guy seemed helpful by offering to handle the refueling for me upon return (since the boat needs to be returned full). However, he claimed the boat's fuel tank had a capacity of 200 liters and attempted to charge based on that figure. A quick check of my booking specifications confirmed that the tank only holds 150 liters. Attempting to charge for 50 extra liters of fuel that the tank couldn't even physically hold is completely unacceptable.
