4 Poor
Friendly and helpful staff - unfortunately not technically competent in repairs.
Erly boarding should not be a self-check-in and should not start with a 1.5-hour delay. The yacht should be in "fully" ready-to-use condition – the defects had been known for at least 2-3 weeks at handover (according to the technician). If a repair is not possible, a comparable vessel should be offered as an alternative (it was the off-season and there were plenty of boats available). Overall, very disappointing. ----------------------------------------------------------- 1) All electric toilets are either not working or only working very limitedly. The sewage backs up and constantly flows back into the toilets. We are constantly surrounded by a foul odor. 2) We received a half-used and an empty gas cylinder. Only after insistence was a new cylinder provided. 3) The "drinking water" in the water tanks smells unpleasant and has a brown tint. The water is certainly not suitable for drinking. 4) The mattresses are completely worn out and flat – this is not the original equipment. I'm certainly used to a lot, but not to feeling the bed frame through the mattresses. 5) The wastewater system also smells unbearably bad. It's impossible to tolerate without a plug in the drain. 6) The GPS plotter and navigation system don't work. Navigation is done with maps and a 5.1-inch display, as well as using a mobile phone. This is described differently in the brochure. 7) Early boarding at 1 p.m. was done independently and without any briefing. A staff member didn't arrive until 2:20 p.m. to complete the handover. Staff tried to repair the navigation system and GPS until 1:45 p.m. – unfortunately without success. 8) Sewage is partially coming back up in the shower drain. 9) Some of the interior furniture is broken and unusable, as it would be further damaged.
