The boat checkin/checkout and office crew were friendly and seemed like they were trying to help, but had their hands tied by the company.
Do not work with Yachting in Sardinia again. Nothing but problems. The boat was borderline unsafe to sail. Jammed sail requiring non-standard operations, windlass not working, dinghy engine seized, 4 of 6 cabins leaking water, door handles falling off, fridge door broken... the list goes on and on.

Nice places around.
The charter has very strict rules for renters. For each entry into prohibited areas, they charge a fine of 200 euros. For each hour of delay in returning the boat, they charge a fine of 100 euros. The handover of the boat was quite quick, but they were not willing to go through all the items of equipment on the boat with us and in the end, some things on the boat were missing or did not work. In the end, after a long discussion, we came to an agreement with them and some of the fines were forgiven.
