Customer Care Specialist with German/Italian/Polish/Hungarian language

  • 1500€ (Bratislava) + shift allowance + quarterly individual performance bonus

  • Working with our customers, who have their boats already booked and paid - check-in, check-out procedure
  • Answering customer's questions not only before but during their holidays on a boat as well    
  • Checking the feedback from customers after their sailing experience 
  • Complains management 
  • Keeping our customers happy and satisfied :-)

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of English plus German/Italian/Polish/Hungarian languages
  • Proactive approach and attitude
  • Communicative and helpful personality
  • Previous experience in Customer Care is a huge advantage – we like to see graduates as well!
