1500€ (Bratislava) + shift allowance + quarterly individual performance bonus

- Working with our customers, who have their boats already booked and paid - check-in, check-out procedure
- Answering customer's questions not only before but during their holidays on a boat as well
- Checking the feedback from customers after their sailing experience
- Complains management
- Keeping our customers happy and satisfied :-)
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English plus German/Italian/Polish/Hungarian languages
- Proactive approach and attitude
- Communicative and helpful personality
- Previous experience in Customer Care is a huge advantage – we like to see graduates as well!
