Check-in - long waiting for everything Beds were not made - had to do everything ourselves Water-maker - not working. No fixation for the helm, so very difficult to manoeuvre. The anchor windlass stopped working, but the charter company tried to blame us at he check-out. The skipper almost missed his plane as he was waiting for the deposit to be released. Wrote an e-mail to Cagliari Sailing afterwards, but no response.
Poor delivery of the ship, we checked everything ourselves and reported deficiencies and missing things. During the cruise we found that it does not show the amount of fuel, the tanks are still filled to 100% We were swimming relatively close to the coast and our steering stopped working, plus smoke from the engine compartment. With their help, we solved it so that we managed to get to the nearest port. The service came the next day, the autopilot could no longer be repaired. The next day, another warning light came on. Some sensor went off and after an agreement with the technician and our repair, we were able to continue. The front genoa sail had a damaged attachment and the protective sails on the captain's bridge were also missing through the rain. Quite a lot of problems for a two-year-old catamaran.
