Sanitary facilities. No rip-offs for "extra services," e.g., check-in before 6 p.m. – I've never seen that before. The anchor chain didn't fit the anchor winch. We had to wait a day in the harbor for a replacement and first raise the anchor by hand in the bay. Paddles for the dinghy were missing. Even after asking twice (along with the correct winch nut), they weren't delivered! Bella Italia! Such a shame, because the bays are simply gorgeous.
