Jesus the skipper was excellent; especially given the weather conditions. The catamaran is excellent; great layout, finishes and space.
The Marina experience isn’t good. Firstly you arrive late and have to finish early so you effectively lose a day or more. The provision situation isn’t explained but our captain helped us on the Sunday. You are on a mooring for 2 nights without easy access to the shore. We usually leave from a berth on the Marina with shore power; so we had to run the generator on those nights. We also incurred extra fuel costs as the air conditioning wasn’t running off the main generator. Lastly, in poor weather conditions we couldn’t get back to Mahon safely and you would expect the charter company to get a berth in those circumstances.
