The manager Kamola at Dream Yacht is top-notch: she provided the boat a bit earlier, prepared everything we agreed on, was always in touch and ready to solve any issues. The handover also went without any questions, but I would like a checklist in Russian, as not everyone is familiar with specific terms in English. The marina is very beautiful, the restaurant and pool are TOP.
A huge downside of the entire charter is the smell on the catamaran. Throughout the trip, we smelled the fecal tanks. I believe that if there is such a problem, the catamaran should be removed from charter and replaced, or a big discount given. Handing it over on the principle of "it'll do" is disrespect to customers, which is why I'm giving a lower rating.
