Catspace: This boat is absolutely unsuitable for a reefing rig. A furling mainsail would be much more practical. All the lines are rather poorly sized. It's almost impossible to reef in less than 10 minutes because the lines rub everywhere and don't slide smoothly. The shore lines are far too thick (22 mm) for a 13-ton sailboat, and too short depending on the conditions. UNACCEPTABLE: The toilet water is taken from the fresh water supply. The electric toilet works very poorly and requires a lot of water to flush, about 10 liters. Since the sailboat's fresh water capacity is 700 liters, we had to find places to refill every two days, which severely limited our sailing plans. Furthermore, when each tap (sinks or showers) is turned on, the water smells like rotten eggs for 3 to 4 seconds, indicating that the pipes are full of mold due to the heat (additional water loss). The freezer works well, but the refrigerator barely cools. Beers had to spend two hours in the freezer before they were truly cold. The antifouling paint hadn't been applied for 18 months (estimated). The hull was very dirty and full of barnacles. Galley: One gas cylinder provides... gas for everything (oven, outdoor griddle, and the three burners on the cooktop). It's impossible to use the oven, griddle, or the main burner on the cooktop. Consequently, cooking two things at the same time is nearly impossible. There is no sun protection under the boom. A furling cover on each side of the boom would have been a plus.
