certainly the assistance upon boarding and return, the boat was delivered significantly late, furthermore the instrumentation of the boat leaves much to be desired, some instruments did not work, the Raymarine too small and illegible, the GPS not working, the mainsail with 2 missing garrocci, I practically navigated by sight with nautical chart and pilot book.
