Dissatisfied for the following reasons: - Water leak on the portside forward cabin bed - Broken forward toilet valve unusable - Water leak from the sink faucet that drains onto the countertop and into the cupboard below - Very worn stove. The main burner no longer works and the small one doesn't work properly. - Lots of mismatched dishes, insufficient for 6 people. (We had to buy glasses, mugs, bowls, and cutlery!). - Significant leak from the hood above the saloon. - Black water tank full and clogged (before using it!). We had to unclog it with pressurized water. - Aft toilet unusable. The water drains but does not enter the bowl. When we open the valve, the water enters the bowl but no longer drains... - The 12V/220V converter control only works to turn the unit on. To turn it off, you have to disconnect the wire from the unit in a compartment under the saloon seats. (Remote control fault) - The first step of the companionway (at the bottom) is weakened. We had to step over it systematically to avoid breaking it completely. - The blankets provided were dirty. - The sheets provided were very worn, sometimes too small and even torn from wear (for (one of them) - The bow roller is particularly worn. It's missing a sheave and a pin. It could break at any moment. - Only two winch handles, and they're in poor condition. - The gangway is also in poor condition. The overall picture suggests that this boat is poorly maintained, poorly cleaned, very worn, and that it shouldn't be offered for charter. The person in charge of taking the inventory and explaining the sailboat's operation speaks very little English and knows very little about the boat. He provides very little information. The inventory was very brief at the start and much more extensive upon return... Furthermore, it's odd to have to pay for mandatory (cleaning) and optional (dinghy engine and Wi-Fi box) services entirely in cash! (€400)
