We had a fantastic experience with this charter company. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always quick to respond whenever we had questions — before and during the trip. The boat itself was in great condition and clearly well maintained, which made our week on board really enjoyable and worry-free. We unfortunately had some minor damage during the charter, but the team handled the situation with professionalism and understanding. They went out of their way to minimise the cost for us and made the whole process as smooth and fair as possible. Overall, highly recommended — great boats, great service, and genuinely great people behind it.
To receive in advance some useful information about location. Taxis, supermarkets, provisioning, where to check the weather forecast and so on. It would have saved us some extra expenses.
