Communication before the charter. It was impossible to reach the charter company by phone, and it was impossible to arrange anything more than two weeks before the charter date. Boat was excellent, spacious , sailed well. Marine is very well organized and position is perfect for island cruise.
Charter company seemed very keen to get us off the boat, effectively messing up our final night. Check in was done almost exclusively in Italian which led to some differences of opinion at checkout. In addition a small repair was made due a rope parting, had to make a repair as otherwise genoa was useless. Mentioned and documented to Spartivento, still awaiting a response on expenses return after 4 days. TREAD Carefully.
