We had a problem with our propeller in Bonifacio which we were not responsible for. The spartivento crew reacted promtly coming up the whole distance with a new propeller on the next morning. Everything was fixed in due time and at no cost for us. This was a very good customer service.
The pick-up service is done under great time constraint starting only by 5 p.m. My Crew, who has already experienced other pick-ups as well, found it too short in time. The prior waiting time weight in on patience. Furthermore, the boat was experienced average due to seemingly having been used in many charter turns.
