The staff at CharterPoint are very friendly and helpful.
The marina is in poor condition. Cleats are loose or partially torn off. There are no toilets or shower facilities at the marina. Only upon request do you get a key to the sanitary facilities in an industrial building. On the De Drait 133, the hot water only worked one day. One of the two refrigerators wasn't cooling. The cabin smelled strongly of diesel; our jackets still reeked of diesel when we got home. The fenders were insufficient.
