The SeaFolks staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Check-in was exemplary, and many things were handled generously to our advantage. Our mainsail ripped in a gust of wind while we were out on the boat. The support here was also very good and exemplary. The people are all great!
The boat itself was poorly maintained, both inside and out. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned this year, or at least not before we took delivery. For a 2023 model, it was already very worn; the seals and running rigging were worn, and everything was making more noise than usual. Sleeping bags were used as bedding. It's functional, but not pretty.
