Katya was informed about this already at the end of the charter. We didn't hint or even think about compensation. However, she said that they would refund us part of the money for the inconvenience caused, and indeed, we were refunded 50 euros. A trifle but pleasantly and positively characterizes the charter company. During the rental process, we called several times with these or other questions and always received support. I definitely recommend the charter company and there are no questions about the pier as a whole. Thank you!

No, she didn't let us down and even allowed us to walk with a wind of 22-24 knots at full speed, but ... Lousy Chinese lamps, lousy furniture made of ordinary chipboard, a terribly creaky deck in the wardroom. A small forward cabin and just a side cabin for children - for hobbits, I guess. The equipment is very poor. There are only 2 winches on the boat! The ramp is slowly falling apart, the table in the cockpit is not comfortable, the doors in the open state are tilted so that the glasses fall. The side windows in the KK do not open - very stuffy. Etc. and so on. In general, despite the fact that the boat is only 2 years old - this is a disappointment. Any 15 year old Bavaria, with normal care, will give 100 handicap points to this Frenchwoman. I do not recommend.
