Very poorly maintained yacht, with major problems that were not communicated until check-in (bow thruster and AC defective). Later we found multiple other problems, such as clogged toilets, various short circuits on board that prevented the power supply from the keys and the lights in the cabin from working. The candy on the cage was the anchor, whose chain jumped off the capstan when it was a few meters away from the bottom, so that we could neither go nor stay. However, the charter company was responsive to the issues and although we had to deal with all the above issues ourselves, in the end they accepted quite a large compensation.

The company was somewhat flexible which was ok because we had difficulties flying in.
The boat was dirty, everywhere we even found human feeces under the lines near to the cockpit, our main toilet for the private cabin was damaged and never replaced. The company did emptied it but we had to sail with it like that the whole week. it was very unpleasant smell, we could not use the toiled and this shower. As compensation we received 250eur off from our next booking. As if it will ever happen. The booking process was weird and I paid 500+ more than initial advertised, when confronting the company they claimed I only paid approx 4000 eur but from my bank went out more than 4500. The marina does not states that you have to pay the homebase after the first night. In total a very poor experience.
