A superbly equipped, though not entirely well-maintained, yacht. Communication with the manager during the charter was excellent – quite unlike the situation before departure.

The yacht was in a different marina than originally indicated – the charter company (More Sailing / Blue Eternal Yachting) didn't inform me of this. Apparently, Boataround hadn't updated the information. The boat wasn't in perfect condition, and there were minor technical issues. Communication before departure was poor. I don't understand how a self-check-in is supposed to work effectively in ten minutes. When I asked detailed questions, I simply received the answer: "We're not a sailing school." There was a noticeable lack of time and interest. I'm used to significantly better service from smaller, family-run businesses in Greece. Overall, the attitude was more like "take it or leave it." Check-out was very relaxed.
