The staff. Very professional and kind. Answered questions 24/7 when we had the boat. Calm, kind and very helpful. Professionals.
Had some minor issues with the sail, some ropes and flags attached to it that made the first day more problematic. The dingy could need an upgrade as well.

I have to point out charter company. The friendliest and most helpful charter employees I ever met. They had ship ready sooner, so we started checkin as soon as we came in to the marina (around 12:30). They were unnecessarily precise (at least for experienced sailors) while checkin, but thats not a thing I could complain about (only that it took slightly more time than it had to - but thats just my opinion)... However the boat was in great shape (mostly). During checkout, they were as precise as before, but didn't try to "scam" us on some small broken things we didn't cause or couldn't affect, like it unfortunately sometimes happens elsewhere. Kitchen equipment was perfect, we had everything we needed. Same goes with other stuff, such as swimming gear. Great and precise GPS with Navionics. Awesome sailing experience, boat was fast and easy to handle. Unbelievably great experience with refueling. We didn't have to refuel on gas station at sea. We just docked inside our spot in Marina and after few minutes the refueling car with diesel came directly to us. I don't know if its usual in Greece, mostly I'm sailing in Croatia. In any case, this was a huge advantage of this marina!
The dinghy engine was mounted to the "special" seat which is available only on elan impressions (two seats on the back of cockpit) - which I love. Due to that it wasn't possible to sit there. In the saloon and cabins was some "intelligent" system to turn on/off the lights, which wasn't working properly, so it was impossible to turn them off sometimes. The toilets /showers in the marina were open only from 8am to 8pm.
