Kindness of the staff from the charter company.
Boat maintenance is poor. So many things are not working or it's demaged, dirty etc. This Hansa boat itself even is huge (51ft) it does not offer any special comfort. The 5th cabin inside is literally unusable for the adults, so small, claustrophobic, fit only for kids (we used it only for luggage). It would be good if the upper bed could be removed and turn it into a whole lying surface. Outside desks are nor movable (up/down) because someone is stuck the mechanism, so the owner has disabled the lifts. Roof windows are poor - window closing mechanisms are bad so water gets in. The front left bow toilet gets stuck occasionally. There are no cup holders or anything like that in the cockpit, and practically this is a must have while sailing. The water and fuel gauges are not accurate and do not show you the true value - you can't rely on them. Even though it is only four years old, the boat seems very inflated.
