The boat was in good condition for its four years. The handover and return were straightforward and quick. The transfer to the airport went perfectly.

What bothered me the most was the mandatory deposit (reduced to €1,000). It costs €500, which you have to pay in cash on site, and you don't get any confirmation. I wasn't the only one who complained for a while. I took out my own deposit insurance and would have covered the €5,000 with my credit card. The boat simply costs €500 more! I already complained when I made the reservation and only received the answer - it's mandatory - that's just how it is there! As a customer of your platform, I have been very satisfied so far. Next time, I will also get quotes from other companies. Have a nice day, Dieter.
