Panos and Tasos were very friendly and went out of their way to compensate for the poor condition of the boat they lent us and the shitty marina they had us pick it up from. However, that was the only silver lining. The marina was NOT Microlimano as advertised - it cost us an additional 50 Euros to get to. One of us who arrived on a different flight had to take another taxi because he arrived at Microlimano. The departure marina had NO facilities, was hard to find, and there was nowhere to buy food or water. NOTHING. The charter guy ordered some food for us, which we ate on the boat, in the dark. Not a pleasant arrival. This should be different when people are arriving off international flights.
Pretty much everything - but mainly THE BOAT. The only thing that didn't give us trouble was the engine because it was brand new. The rest of the boat is old and broken.
The staff was friendly.
The whole yacht is in an unacceptable condition, I will send this again by email.
