Very customer-friendly approach. Nothing was a problem. Arranging transfers to and from the airport including luggage transport to the ship, arranging a chef.
The technical condition of the boat was not 100%. A bit of neglected maintenance, which I don't expect at the beginning of the season. There were no social facilities in the marina, during limited times it was possible to use the facilities of the adjacent hotel/restaurant.
