The catamaran was absolutely beautiful, very clean and well looked after. The customer service was also incredibly friendly and attentive.
There were some issues with a double booking situation, but the customer support was incredibly helpful. On the boat, the only thing that wasn't very pleasant was the Sailing Lovers skippers, they were very grumpy, they would stop the boat at certain points without giving any information about how long we were going to stay, if we could swim, etc., we had to ask them every time and it was like we were bothering them.
