Paid €200 for early check-in (at 1pm instead of 5pm) and then managed to set sail at 4:30pm because Odysseus was short-staffed. Lissie, the base manager, justified herself by saying that "they didn't guarantee it." However, they took the money immediately without mentioning that they didn't guarantee the service. 2 out of 3 refrigerators didn't work (great for 8 people and high temperatures), the watermaker didn't work, and the water tanks weren't full. On the way back, they forced us to go to the marina gas station; we had refueled with bunkering, to put in 23 liters of fuel!!
