Check in process was horrible, asked prior for early check in, 2 hours later finally got seen too. Then took another hour for someone to meet us on the boat for checklist. Fan was broken in one room, aircon didn’t work in 2 of the rooms. Bathrooms smelled prior to departure. Main sail was severely tangled & not set properly-took us 2 hours to fix-luckily we know how to sail properly. Outside of boat was dirty, vomit on one side. Leak in one side of the boat kept setting the bilge alarm off. Crew then tried to blame a scratch on us on checkout-luckily we had a photo of it when we checked in.
