Check-out was also at the crack of dawn, at 8 a.m. However, the worst impression was made by numerous attempts to contact "from the office" via WhatsApp in the week before the cruise, demanding advance payment and a reduced deposit guarantee. I refused, not knowing who was sending these messages. Ultimately, upon arrival, it turned out that the office didn't have a proper payment terminal. They use a device that transmits card details to another person at the office, who then attempts to debit the card. We used two cards, and in both cases, the bank blocked the cards due to suspicious transactions. Therefore, none of the proposed payment methods seemed secure. They don't accept cash at all.
