Modern and well-equipped port of Capo d'Orlando. The boat JoJo is very well equipped (the only thing missing in the kitchen is a knife and a ladle). Safety equipment, documentation and telephone support from the owner of the boat is exemplary. 70m of anchor chain, a quality anchor, long and quality mooring ropes, 8 fenders give freedom of movement throughout the archipelago. We preferred anchoring in the bays.
Charter services are average, there is nowhere to hide in the rain (the office is just a "cell"), handover is fully under the control of the boat owner. Exorbitant price for mandatory cleaning. The owner had to pay for worn out parts of the boat (an inconveniently placed and poorly attached radar reflector) after its loss, as well as the broken and rotten dinghy reinforcements. The autopilot needs to be adjusted (most likely the rudder gear is slipping). The grill on the stern is an excellent addition, unfortunately it stopped working during the voyage (defective fuse or blocked air intake).
