8 Very good
Overall, the boat was in good condition, apart from a few issues (see the “What we didn’t like” section).
For example, we noticed during check-in that one of the plastic rails inside the refrigerator was already broken. Unfortunately, during the week several of us developed bites, and it eventually became clear that the boat had a bed bug infestation. Because of this, when we returned to the marina on Friday evening, we requested fresh bed linen and towels, which were provided immediately. The company’s technical support was actually excellent. When the toilet became clogged, we called them and a technician arrived very quickly. The only downside was that we had to pay for the service. The cabins are extremely hot. Even at the end of August, with the windows open at night, sleeping inside was almost unbearable, so several of us ended up sleeping on deck because of the heat. The cushions on the outdoor bench are also very uncomfortable. The bow thruster is quite weak. The dinghy is so large that we constantly had to drag it around the deck just to be able to see properly, move around comfortably, or even open the cabin windows.
