Excellent experience with SeaFolks charter company. The team was very kind, understanding of our situation, quick to respond, and flexible — genuinely nice people to deal with throughout the whole process. The yacht was very clean and easy to operate, with a lot of space both inside and in the cockpit. Nice extras like the swimming platform, outdoor grill, and shower made a real difference to daily life on board. The boat is fairly new overall, though a few elements were a bit worn and could use replacing.
One piece of constructive feedback: the marina info in the booking confirmation could be more precise. Google Maps’ satellite view for the area is outdated, so it wasn’t very helpful for finding parking or navigating around the marina. It would be great to include a simple annotated map showing: the exact berth location, the nearest parking spot for unloading, bathroom locations, a food shop that delivers to the berth, and the nearest bar/restaurant. Small addition, but it would save new guests a lot of time and confusion on arrival. Overall, a really nice sailing experience — would charter with them again.
